However, the process to enter meditation can be learned. Aligning our bodies and breath enables us to slow down and be present in the moment, not only while meditating but throughout our daily lives. The practice of meditation has been documented to reduce stress and anxiety, assist in sleep disorders, enhance creative thinking, strengthen the immune system, boost performance, improve relationships, and much more.
